Who can I get advice from or find out information about complaining or seeking damages from financial firms?
Remortgage agreed in June, still not received money yet, because lender keeps agreeing a date, then saying, no I want this document or this has still to be done.This has went on for ages and I am living in unfit conditions and wife has left and fallen out with friends and family because I cannot repay loans taken on the strength of this remortgage. Admittedely I should not have accepteed these offers of loans, but if you are meant to be getting x amount on monday and you can’t have wash, you’ll take the loan, then these incompitant fools say no, we need this it’ll be next monday…….financial advisor did not ensure arrangements were watertight, but admittedly has worked tirelessly to resolve issues, but yet,, communication is still costing days and weeks between me, him, lawyer and lender. I’m very bitter about the effects on my personal life and strain on my well being.
