My aunts husband and her are getting a divorce. She signed a prenupt which included no alimony?

But now that they have been married for almost five years she has put up with emotional and mental abuse. He publicly humiliates her, and she is a slave to whatever he wants. He owns rentals and yet she does all the work. Before she married him she had a functioning vehicle, and a babysitting job that would have sustained her for a long time. He worked he so hard that she is having heart problems (partially defect from birth, but I am sure made worse by all of the emotional and physical stress) and I was wondering when she signed the prenupt she only signed the draft. Her signature was copied and pasted onto the final copy. Would that stand in court?

If she can prove that she never signed the final draft/copy of the pre-nup “…she signed the prenupt she only signed the draft. Her signature was copied and pasted onto the final copy….” and ANY thing changed from the draft she signed, then not only was the whole document invalid, its sounds like fraud may have been committed by her husband or his lawyer, unless she gave her express permission for them to do so. Documents of that kind usually MUST be signed in person, and in front of witnesses. It may be rendered totally invalid IF she can prove that happened.
