Can you do a legal Power of Attorney by using the internet?
Such as Legal Zoom, or printing the forms by your state?
Not in every state/ YOu need to check with the county clerk’s office to see if they are legal if not drawn up by an atty.
That being said; as someone who sees POA’s every day in courthouses, doing one off line without knowing the differences between the types of POA, the intended usages, the means to withdraw them, and all the problems that result from improper use of POA, I REALLY recommend you spend the 100-200 bucks and have it done by a professional lawyer.
