unfair dismissal (uk)?

i am now taking x boss to tribunal in his defence he as faked and signed a written warning in my name how can i prove it. i have a solicitor
how i believe he faked signiture.
he traced my signiture onto tracing paper. put the tracing paper where he wants my signiture to go and write over the signiture again pressing hard so when you take tracing paper away there is an indentation on the paper underneath. follow the indentation with a pen and you have the fake signiture

just inform your solicitor of this. He should contact the opposing team, if they are in any doubt, they will withdraw this warning notice. If he gave sworn evidence as to its authenticity, and the Court/tribunal deemed otherwise, he would be in very deep stinky stuff.
